Psychology x Neuroscience

Neuroscience, the study of the structure and function of the nervous system, explores how the brain processes information, controls behavior, and influences emotions. The biological mechanisms behind thinking and feeling are revealed through the tools of multiple disciplines. Psychology, on the other hand, focuses on human behavior and mental processes, including emotions, cognition, and social interactions. Neuroscience provides a physiological foundation for psychology, helping to understand the roots of emotion and behavior. Psychology, in turn, is the behavioral manifestation of neuroscience. Research at the intersection of neuroscience and psychology continues to advance our understanding of the behavior of self and others, as well as provide us with many new ideas.

Serie 1: Cognition

In our previous series, "Sound Therapy for Mental Health," we explored the role of sound therapy in enhancing psychological well-being and its impact on brain structure. Continuing our focus on the mysteries of the brain, this series shifts its attention to a new and equally fascinating topic: "Cognitive Function and Brain Health."

This series aims to help readers gain a deeper understanding of how cognitive function operates in daily life and explore how scientific methods can optimize cognitive abilities and mental health.
