These include videos talking about "how to talk to friends and parents about your own mental status", and short movies on mental wellbeing.

Pull you back

This is a video made by Xiyu Yang, Junyong Zheng, Yiran Zhang, Hanzhe Zhang, Simiao Liu, emphasizing the need to reach out for help from friends when we are going through tough days.

Preys and predators

This is a short movie shot by Ti Wu.

"The three years of the new crown epidemic outbreak were also three years of intermittent online classes. Lacking in social interaction, we faced the unfamiliar campus and classmates, i.e., eagerly anticipating and inexplicably anxious.
The film tells the story of a dream I had. In the dream, I was trapped on campus, trying to break free and escape from the heavy pressure from all directions. My classmates are careful to observe others and then examine themselves.
Long-term online classes, superimposed on the self-perception of adolescence, may be a common problem we need to face. We hope that through the microfilm, we can face up to ourselves and others, break through the post-epidemic dilemma, and draw each other closer."

The Cure

This is a video made by Addison TF, Tianlang Chen, and Keying Xu, talking about providing support for friends who are suffering from mental illnesses.
